Your role is to create and send email campaigns backed by brand story-telling and data-driven analytics. Develop email automation to increase sales, nurture relationships, and strengthen brand awareness. Ensure the right content is written and prepared for a targeted audience at the right time. Carry out frequent market research and analyse ideal segments’ buying trends to develop robust email strategies that improve the bottom line.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create email marketing campaigns to promote products or services.
  • Ensure marketing contents are conveyed clearly and delivered strategically to prospects.
  • Develop forms and templates properly and ensure contents are sent effectively and timely.
  • Plan and develop email marketing automation by analyzing real-time data to get intelligent insights.
  • Identify email marketing best practices and create email calendars based on effective campaign schedules.
  • Manage and segment email lists for the campaigns and create an ongoing content schedule.
  • Identify and address any technical issues with the campaign in conjunction with the Development team and monitor the performance with adjustments.
  • Develop documentation and road maps for processes, tests and promotions that succeed through email.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have a strong passion for marketing 
  • Proficient in content marketing theory and application.
  • Good analytical skills and a growth mindset
  • Strong team player.
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision and possess an excellent work ethic.
  • Proficient communication level in written and verbal English.
  • Must be highly organized and detail-oriented to produce high-quality outcomes consistently and accurately.
  • Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp or other email marketing and CRM would be a plus.
