MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implement day to day HR functions on a timely basis.
  • Coordinate with the HR Manager to identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (social platforms and professional networks).
  • Develop the vacancy text and vacancy announcements as per requirements.
  • Plan and participate in selection procedures, including screening applicants, shortlisting, assessments and interviews.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives.
  • Maintain a professional relationship with past applicants and potential candidates.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, practices, and procedures, and ensure compliance with legal laws and/or regulations. 
  • Handle employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
  • Prepare HR letters, forms and format timely and proper documentation of all HR documents, performance appraisal, and any other HR-related documents. 
  • Maintain an up to date and accurate recruitment reports.
  • Coordinate in-office events and suggest/implement the best ways to make them more effective. 

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

  • Proven work experience in this relevant field
  • Knowledge of Labour Act and Procedures
  • Familiarity with HRIS or HRMS
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient communication level both in verbal and written English
  • Adherence to deadlines and the ability to deliver on commitments
  • Proactive natured with meticulous attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal and time management skills
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
  • Hands on experience with full-cycle recruitment with various interview techniques and evaluation methods
